HOSE REEL – automatic and manual for conveying fluids
Flexbimec produces a wide range of hose reels that guarantee easy hose winding in any field of application and with any kind of fluid such as:
- Lubricant oils and antifreeze
- Grease
- Compressed air
- Low or high pressure water
- Fuel
- AdBlue® / DEF / AUS32
The use of hose reels offers greater safety in the workshop and increases the life of the hoses since they are no longer left on the floor after use where they could be damaged.
To meet all application needs, the hose reels come in two main materials:
- carbon steel painted with epoxy powders
- AISI 304 stainless steel (AISI 316 on request)
Hoses can be wound as follows:
- automatically by means of a spring,
- manually by means of a crank,
- by means of a hydraulic motor,
- by means of an electric motor.
Our range of hose reels can also be divided into 2 basic categories according to the diameter of the hose to be installed:
- Hose reel for flexible hoses up to 1/2″
- Hose reel for flexible hoses up to 1′ 1/2″

Hoses can be wound automatically by means of a spring, manually with a crank, or motorized with a hydraulic or electric motor.
