AdBlue® is an aqueous urea solution compatible with SCR (selective catalytic reduction) technology adopted by leading European manufacturers. Produced by chemical synthesis, it is used to reduce nitrogen oxides; the solution is sprayed into the gas exhaust flow. Vehicles with this technology are equipped with a special tank to hold the fluid. The Flexbimec catalog includes a wide range of products for the distribution and transfer of AdBlue®.
AdBlue® pneumatic dispenser kit includes a pneumatic piston pump with stainless steel parts that come in contact with the fluid (art. No. US 6752: with 1:1 ratio – pump model), suitable for use in 264-gallon drums or tanks – IBC – pressure regulator with pressure gauge and air filter, cap adapter, 10′ – EPDM delivery hose 1/2″ and electronic flow meter with oval gears for AdBlue®, with control gun and a ø 0.6” rigid outlet.
